Catana Estates came to us with a gorgeous brand—elevated visuals, stunning properties, and a clear luxury positioning. But their old site? It wasn’t holding up its end of the bargain. The layout felt templated, text was hard to digest, and the navigation needed serious decluttering.

The Goal
Our focus was on creating a site that’s:

✔️ Modern and elegant, never cold or sterile
✔️ Easy to navigate for both buyers and investors
✔️ Polished yet warm—like a beachfront sunset with a side of real estate expertise
✔️ Flexible for future content (hello, market updates and listings)
Design Direction
We leaned into whitespace and soft contrasts to let the brand’s elegance shine. Paired with crisp type, subtle hover animations, and intuitive layout blocks, the result is a site that feels both luxurious and easy to use.
